Which short course helped you get hired? (update)

I am considering a short certificate to improve my chances as an insurance claims processor. I would like to use funding if possible. Is there free funding?

Thanks for writing this out. I went through something close to it 7 months ago, and it got easier once I kept a simple log of every call and form.
