Which short course helped you get hired? (update)

I am considering a short certificate to improve my chances as a medical assistant. I worked as a medical assistant before this. I am unsure whether employers value it. Did a certificate help you get hired?

Ask the course provider how many graduates get jobs and where. Honest providers can tell you.

Check a dozen job postings first. If most ask for the same certificate, it is probably worth it.
