Which short course helped you get hired? (Toledo)

I am considering a short certificate to improve my chances as an insurance claims processor. This is my first time dealing with any of this. I am unsure whether employers value it. Which ones are overrated?

Keep everything in writing and save the confirmation numbers. It made the follow-up calls so much easier.
