Which short course helped you get hired? (Toledo)

I am considering a short certificate to improve my chances as a security officer. I am unsure whether employers value it. Did a certificate help you get hired?

Thanks for writing this out. I went through something close to it 7 months ago, and it settled down once I kept a simple log of every call and form.

The workforce centre told me about training funds I qualified for. It covered most of my course.
