Which short course helped you get hired?, recruiter here

I am considering a short certificate to improve my chances as a recruiter. I have read a lot of threads here and could not find my exact situation. I can study evenings. Which ones are overrated?

Ask the course provider how many graduates get jobs and where. Honest providers can tell you.

Check a dozen job postings first. If most ask for the same certificate, it is probably worth it.
