Which short course helped you get hired?, procurement assistant here

I am considering a short certificate to improve my chances as a procurement assistant. There are 15 people counting on me, so I am trying to be careful. I can study evenings. Which ones are overrated?

A hands-on course with a project helped more than a purely online one.

Thanks for writing this out. I went through something close to it 4 months ago, and it got easier once I kept a simple log of every call and form.
