Which short course helped you get hired?, home health aide here

A local college offers a course that costs $800. I am in Seattle, in case local advice matters. I am unsure whether employers value it. Did a certificate help you get hired?

Check a dozen job postings first. If most ask for the same certificate, it is probably worth it.
