Which short course helped you get hired? - first time posting

I am considering a short certificate to improve my chances as a teaching assistant. I would like to use funding if possible. Which ones are overrated?

Ask the course provider how many graduates get jobs and where. Honest providers can tell you.

The workforce centre told me about training funds I qualified for. It covered most of my course.
