Which short course helped you get hired? - first time posting

I am considering a short certificate to improve my chances as a customer-service rep. I have read a lot of threads here and could not find my exact situation. I can study evenings. Is there free funding?

Check a dozen job postings first. If most ask for the same certificate, it is probably worth it.
