Which short course helped you get hired? - first time posting

I am considering a short certificate to improve my chances as a paralegal. I am in Tampa, in case local advice matters. I would like to use funding if possible.

Check a dozen job postings first. If most ask for the same certificate, it is probably worth it.

A hands-on course with a project helped more than a purely online one.
