Which short course helped you get hired? - first time posting

I am considering a short certificate to improve my chances as a dental hygienist. I do not usually post, so bear with me. I would like to use funding if possible. Which ones are overrated?

Thanks for writing this out. I went through something close to it 13 months ago, and it got easier once I kept a simple log of every call and form.
