Which short course helped you get hired? - first time posting

I am considering a short certificate to improve my chances as a logistics coordinator. I have read a lot of threads here and could not find my exact situation. I would like to use funding if possible. Which ones are overrated?

A hands-on course with a project helped more than a purely online one.

Ask the course provider how many graduates get jobs and where. Honest providers can tell you.
