Which short course helped you get hired? - first time posting

I am considering a short certificate to improve my chances as a customer-service rep. It has been a long 4 weeks. I am unsure whether employers value it. Did a certificate help you get hired?

Keep everything in writing and save the confirmation numbers. It made the follow-up calls so much easier.

The workforce centre told me about training funds I qualified for. It covered most of my course.
