Which short course helped you get hired?

I am considering a short certificate to improve my chances as a social media manager. There are 4 people counting on me, so I am trying to be careful. I would like to use funding if possible. Which ones are overrated?

Ask the course provider how many graduates get jobs and where. Honest providers can tell you.
