Which short course helped you get hired?, call-centre agent here

A local college offers a course that costs $750. I worked as a call-centre agent before this. I would like to use funding if possible. Which ones are overrated?

Thanks for writing this out. I went through something close to it last year, and it settled down once I kept a simple log of every call and form.
