Which short course helped you get hired? (Birmingham)

I saw that many postings ask for a specific certification. I have read a lot of threads here and could not find my exact situation. I am unsure whether employers value it. Is there free funding?

Ask the course provider how many graduates get jobs and where. Honest providers can tell you.
