Which short course helped you get hired?, bank teller here

I am considering a short certificate to improve my chances as a bank teller. There are 6 people counting on me, so I am trying to be careful. I am unsure whether employers value it. Is there free funding?

Thanks for writing this out. I went through something close to it 6 months ago, and it got easier once I kept a simple log of every call and form.
