Which short course helped you get hired? (Atlanta)

I am considering a short certificate to improve my chances as a warehouse supervisor. I worked as a warehouse supervisor before this. I am unsure whether employers value it. Did a certificate help you get hired?

Check a dozen job postings first. If most ask for the same certificate, it is probably worth it.
