Which short course helped you get hired? - any advice?

I am considering a short certificate to improve my chances as a production planner. There are 6 people counting on me, so I am trying to be careful. I would like to use funding if possible.

The workforce centre told me about training funds I qualified for. It covered most of my course.

Check a dozen job postings first. If most ask for the same certificate, it is probably worth it.
