Which short course helped you get hired? - any advice?

A local college offers a course that costs $350. I am in Cleveland, in case local advice matters. I would like to use funding if possible. Did a certificate help you get hired?

Keep everything in writing and save the confirmation numbers. It made the follow-up calls so much easier.

The workforce centre told me about training funds I qualified for. It covered most of my course.
