Which short course helped you get hired? - any advice?

I am considering a short certificate to improve my chances as a hotel front-desk agent. There are 4 people counting on me, so I am trying to be careful. I would like to use funding if possible. Which ones are overrated?

Thanks for writing this out. I went through something close to it last year, and it got easier once I kept a simple log of every call and form.
