Which short course helped you get hired? - any advice?

I am considering a short certificate to improve my chances as a call-centre agent. I worked as a call-centre agent before this. I can study evenings. Is there free funding?

Thanks for writing this out. I went through something close to it 5 months ago, and it settled down once I kept a simple log of every call and form.

Check a dozen job postings first. If most ask for the same certificate, it is probably worth it.
