Which short course helped you get hired? - any advice?

I am considering a short certificate to improve my chances as a dental hygienist. Thank you in advance. I can study evenings. Is there free funding?

Thanks for writing this out. I went through something close to it last year, and it got easier once I kept a simple log of every call and form.

The workforce centre told me about training funds I qualified for. It covered most of my course.
