Which short course helped you get hired? after 9 years as an event coordinator

I saw that many postings ask for a specific certification. Thank you in advance. I am unsure whether employers value it. Did a certificate help you get hired?

Check a dozen job postings first. If most ask for the same certificate, it is probably worth it.
