Which short course helped you get hired? after 8 years as an administrative assistant

I saw that many postings ask for a specific certification. I would rather hear the honest version than the polite one. I would like to use funding if possible. Did a certificate help you get hired?

Check a dozen job postings first. If most ask for the same certificate, it is probably worth it.
