Which short course helped you get hired? after 8 years as a logistics coordinator

I saw that many postings ask for a specific certification. I am in Oklahoma City, in case local advice matters. I would like to use funding if possible. Did a certificate help you get hired?

Thanks for writing this out. I went through something close to it 7 months ago, and it got easier once I kept a simple log of every call and form.
