Which short course helped you get hired? after 7 years as an operations analyst

I am considering a short certificate to improve my chances as an operations analyst. There are 7 people counting on me, so I am trying to be careful. I am unsure whether employers value it.

A hands-on course with a project helped more than a purely online one.

Check a dozen job postings first. If most ask for the same certificate, it is probably worth it.
