Which short course helped you get hired? after 7 years as a customer-service rep

I saw that many postings ask for a specific certification. I do not usually post, so bear with me. I would like to use funding if possible. Is there free funding?

Check a dozen job postings first. If most ask for the same certificate, it is probably worth it.
