Which short course helped you get hired? after 5 years as a marketing coordinator

I saw that many postings ask for a specific certification. There are 5 people counting on me, so I am trying to be careful. I am unsure whether employers value it. Did a certificate help you get hired?

Keep everything in writing and save the confirmation numbers. It saved me later.
