Which short course helped you get hired? after 3 years as a forklift operator

I am considering a short certificate to improve my chances as a forklift operator. I do not usually post, so bear with me. I am unsure whether employers value it. Did a certificate help you get hired?

Keep everything in writing and save the confirmation numbers. It made the follow-up calls so much easier.
