Which short course helped you get hired? after 18 years as a web developer

I am considering a short certificate to improve my chances as a web developer. I am unsure whether employers value it. Which ones are overrated?

The workforce centre told me about training funds I qualified for. It covered most of my course.

Check a dozen job postings first. If most ask for the same certificate, it is probably worth it.
