Which short course helped you get hired? after 18 years as a call-centre agent

A local college offers a course that costs $750. Thank you in advance. I would like to use funding if possible. Did a certificate help you get hired?

Check a dozen job postings first. If most ask for the same certificate, it is probably worth it.
