Which short course helped you get hired? after 16 years as a social media manager

I am considering a short certificate to improve my chances as a social media manager. I have read a lot of threads here and could not find my exact situation. I can study evenings. Which ones are overrated?

Check a dozen job postings first. If most ask for the same certificate, it is probably worth it.
