Which short course helped you get hired? after 16 years as a bank teller

A local college offers a course that costs $450. Thank you in advance. I would like to use funding if possible. Which ones are overrated?

Thanks for writing this out. I went through something close to it 4 months ago, and it got easier once I kept a simple log of every call and form.
