Which short course helped you get hired? after 11 years as a paralegal

I am considering a short certificate to improve my chances as a paralegal. Any experience at all would help. I would like to use funding if possible. Is there free funding?

A hands-on course with a project helped more than a purely online one.

The workforce centre told me about training funds I qualified for. It covered most of my course.
