Which short course helped you get hired? after 11 years as a machine operator

A local college offers a course that costs $600. I am in Louisville, in case local advice matters. I am unsure whether employers value it. Which ones are overrated?

Check a dozen job postings first. If most ask for the same certificate, it is probably worth it.
