Which short course helped you get hired? after 10 years as a home health aide

A local college offers a course that costs $300. I would rather hear the honest version than the polite one. I am unsure whether employers value it. Which ones are overrated?

Check a dozen job postings first. If most ask for the same certificate, it is probably worth it.
