Which short course helped you get hired? after 10 years as a call-centre agent

A local college offers a course that costs $950. This is my first time dealing with any of this. I am unsure whether employers value it. Which ones are overrated?

The workforce centre told me about training funds I qualified for. It covered most of my course.
