Which short course helped you get hired?

I am considering a short certificate to improve my chances as a nurse's aide. I am unsure whether employers value it. Is there free funding?

The workforce centre told me about training funds I qualified for. It covered most of my course.

Keep everything in writing and save the confirmation numbers. It made the follow-up calls so much easier.
