Which short course helped you get hired? - 8 months and counting

I saw that many postings ask for a specific certification. This is my first time dealing with any of this. I can study evenings. Which ones are overrated?

Keep everything in writing and save the confirmation numbers. It made the follow-up calls so much easier.
