Which short course helped you get hired?

I am considering a short certificate to improve my chances as a production planner. I am in Spokane, in case local advice matters. I am unsure whether employers value it. Did a certificate help you get hired?

Check a dozen job postings first. If most ask for the same certificate, it is probably worth it.
