Which short course helped you get hired?

I am considering a short certificate to improve my chances as an HR coordinator. I am in Nashville, in case local advice matters. I would like to use funding if possible. Is there free funding?

Ask the course provider how many graduates get jobs and where. Honest providers can tell you.

Check a dozen job postings first. If most ask for the same certificate, it is probably worth it.
