Which short course helped you get hired? - 3 months and counting

I am considering a short certificate to improve my chances as a hotel front-desk agent. I have been trying to stay organised about it. I would like to use funding if possible. Which ones are overrated?

Keep everything in writing and save the confirmation numbers. It made the follow-up calls so much easier.
