Which short course helped you get hired? - 23 weeks in

I am considering a short certificate to improve my chances as a bank teller. I have read a lot of threads here and could not find my exact situation. I am unsure whether employers value it. Did a certificate help you get hired?

Thanks for writing this out. I went through something close to it last year, and it got easier once I kept a simple log of every call and form.
