Which short course helped you get hired? - 20 weeks in

A local college offers a course that costs $1150. It has been a long 20 weeks. I am unsure whether employers value it. Which ones are overrated?

Thanks for writing this out. I went through something close to it 11 months ago, and it settled down once I kept a simple log of every call and form.

The workforce centre told me about training funds I qualified for. It covered most of my course.
