Which short course helped you get hired? - 2 weeks in

I am considering a short certificate to improve my chances as a nurse's aide. I have read a lot of threads here and could not find my exact situation. I can study evenings. Did a certificate help you get hired?

Thanks for writing this out. I went through something close to it 4 months ago, and it got easier once I kept a simple log of every call and form.

The workforce centre told me about training funds I qualified for. It covered most of my course.
