Which short course helped you get hired? - 19 weeks in

I am considering a short certificate to improve my chances as a nurse's aide. This is my first time dealing with any of this. I would like to use funding if possible. Did a certificate help you get hired?

Thanks for writing this out. I went through something close to it 13 months ago, and it got easier once I kept a simple log of every call and form.
