Which short course helped you get hired? - 16 weeks in

I am considering a short certificate to improve my chances as a project coordinator. There are 16 people counting on me, so I am trying to be careful. I would like to use funding if possible. Did a certificate help you get hired?

Thanks for writing this out. I went through something close to it 9 months ago, and it got easier once I kept a simple log of every call and form.
