Which short course helped you get hired?

I am considering a short certificate to improve my chances as an electrician's helper. Any experience at all would help. I am unsure whether employers value it. Did a certificate help you get hired?

Ask the course provider how many graduates get jobs and where. Honest providers can tell you.

The workforce centre told me about training funds I qualified for. It covered most of my course.
