Which short course helped you get hired?

I am considering a short certificate to improve my chances as a janitorial supervisor. I am in Madison, in case local advice matters. I would like to use funding if possible. Is there free funding?

Thanks for writing this out. I went through something close to it 2 months ago, and it got easier once I kept a simple log of every call and form.
